Young Spirit of Renewal

The event aimed to raise awareness about the New European Bauhaus initiative, engage the younger generation in developing solutions aligned with the #EUGreenDeal, and foster a new discourse for the cities of the future through the #YoungSpiritofRenewal Project, targeting students in architecture and related fields, featuring activities spanning past, present, and future perspectives.

The aim of the event was to raise awareness about the New European Bauhaus initiative and to engage the younger generation in developing solutions aligned with the #EUGreenDeal. Additionally, the event aimed to foster a new discourse from the capital Ankara for the cities of the future through the #YoungSpiritofRenewal Project. Throughout the event, participants collaborated to initiate and plan a creative platform that would remain active throughout the year.

The target audience of the event comprised young individuals pursuing education in Architecture, Interior Architecture and Environmental Design, City and Regional Planning, who are envisioned to be the future builders of cities. The primary goal was to cultivate a comprehensive perspective during the launch event of the project, dubbed #NewEuropeanBauhausWeek.

Aks, with a focus on Europe and Turkey, aimed to produce content that bridges the past and the present. The event was structured around three stages: past, present, and future. Various activities, including online talks and instant workshops, were organized to address these themes, accommodating both in-person and online participation.
